What Is Advanced Meditation?

The term 'advanced meditation' is actually an inappropriate name, as meditation is not about 'learning', or becoming 'better', or becoming 'advanced'.

Meditation is about going on an inner journey, to discover deeper aspects of yourself, and your real nature, that you were never before aware of. Relaxation and being less stressed are just side effects of meditation.

So in that sense, the words 'Advanced Meditation', do serve to differentiate this type of meditation, from the other run of the mill meditation techniques that exist.

With other meditation techniques, you may discover some profound relaxation, but you are often left with even deeper questions.

With this technique you will discover the answers to the deepest questions in life. And you will discover the answers within yourself.

By practicing this meditation technique, and going on an inner journey, far deeper than you ever knew existed, you will make personal realisations as to the nature of yourself, you will make personal discoveries that will provide you with answers to lifes deepest questions.

Questions such as...
Who am I?
What am I?
Is there a God?
Do I have a soul?
Is there such a thing as reincarnation?
Is there such a thing as sin?
What is life?
What is death?
What will happen to me when I die?
What is Good and Evil?
What is freedom?
What is peace?
What is love?
... and many many more.

You are told by religious leaders that these are questions can never be answered.
You are told to hold your faith and believe.

What they really mean, is that they have nothing to offer you other than a 'story' to believe in. Yet, these stories, with all their contradictions and inconsequential historical nonsense, offer people a sense of belonging, or community. Maybe people think that believing in something, no matter how unlikely, is better than believing in nothing.

They also offer an explanation for the suffering of mankind.

The explanation is this.

You will find out the truth when you die.

And if that 'proof' is not good enough for you, then you need to pray more. You must relinquish any personal responsibility or desire for proof because that is seen as a sign of a lack of faith. And so the con goes on...

These 'stories' offer you absolutely nothing in terms of proof or substance. Zero.

Using Advanced meditaion techniques, you will discover for yourself, the dimensions and realms that many 'religious' people talk about, but have no experience of.

You will explore these regions within yourself, without the need for a 'holy' book, or indeed, without the need for a charlatan dressed up in robes.

Personal realisations are the complete opposite of studying religious scriptures.

Personal realisations are the complete opposite of believing or having faith.

Just as you will never be nourished by reading a menu, you will never discover the 'truth' by reading about the so-called 'truth'.

You must find out for yourself.

It can be done.

More to the point, it can be done by you.
