Meditation

Meditation is the process of becoming stiller and more balanced.

In the process of 'doing' or 'practising' meditation, you will experience many benefits, which include some or all of the following.

Meditation effects your mind and emotions, so that you experience much less stress,
less anxiety, less depression. Meditation also helps you to experience less fear, less panic attacks, less insomnia, less confusion.


Meditation also helps you to experience yourself in a much more positive way. Meditation reduces feelings of insecurity, and it reduces any feelings of low self esteem. There are are many other mental and emotional benefits from meditation.

Apart from these, there are the physical benefits. Meditation reduces your blood pressure, it improves your immune system and it normalises many bodiliy functions. Meditation changes the way you feel about yourself and the way you feel about the world.

But apart from all these amazing benefits to meditation, there is one more benefit, th jewl in the crown.

Meditation allows you to discover aspects of yourself that you were never aware of before. In making these discoveries, you will come up with your own answer to the very deepest questions of life, such as
Who are you?
What are you?
Where did you come from?
Where are you going to after you die?
What is life?
What is death?
Do you have a soul?
Does reincarnation exist?
Is there a God?
And many many more.

Meditation is not a religion.
Meditation is a living process of discovering the truth that lies within you.

My advice is to run a mile from anyone who asks you to believe in yet more dogma.

Advanced Meditation Techniques do exist, and because they will reveal to you all of what lies within you, they will also reveal to you the true value of many of your existing beliefs.

What would you rather have?
A belief that you picked up somewhere along the way.
