Brain Waves In Meditation

The reason I have this page called Brain Waves In Meditation, is because it is a term that is often searched for in the search engines.

For those of you that are interested in brain waves in meditation information, I owe you a sincere apology. You see, there is very little information about brain waves in meditation on this page.

But, before you go, let me please explain. I am sure you that if you keep looking, you will find at least some research data on brain waves and meditation out there on the web. However, my questions to you are these.

What real use is this information to you?

What can you really do with it?

Does the information on brain waves in meditation make any difference to the position you are in?

Say you were stuck somewhere, for example, in a prison. Someone offers you a key to the door. They say that if you put the key in the lock you can set yourself free. They say that you don't need to believe them, you just put the key in the door, turn the key, push the door and find out for yourself.

Would you then go onto the internet to explore lock mechanisms? Or the metallurgy of keys? Or prison door design?

Or would you put the key in the door, turn the key and push hard on the door?

Meditation is a journey of self discovery.
Brain waves are irellavent to the discoveries that you will make within, and brain waves are irellevent to the reality of meditation.

Before you board an airliner, would you enquire or insist on knowing what pattern the exhaust fumes will leave in the sky? Of course not, because the exhaust fume patterns in the sky are of no importance to the reality of the journey.

Brain waves are irelavent to the reality of the meditative journey that you can go on.
