Sleep Meditation

There is a very specific sleep meditation technique that I demonstrate on my free Meditation Class Video, just sit back, watch how to do it, try it and you will be amazed. This sleep and insomnia meditation technique can be used by anybody, children and old folks.

If you are having difficulty sleeping, there could be a number of reasons, number one, being stress. This can be caused by worry or anxiety over ongoing problems.

Or you may not be able to sleep, or suffer from insomnia, because of emotional issues, which may have taken place many years ago. Either way, the meditation techniques which I show you on the video, will not only greatly assist you in getting to sleep, but they will also bring a feeling of calm and tranquility, to at least some of your everyday life.

If you learn to meditate, you will begin to feel physically, mentally and emotionally better. Your attachment to old ideas, old hurt and other things of the past, will be much reduced, and as such, you will feel lighter, less stressed and be able to sleep much more easy.
