Meditation Techniques

There are many different meditation techniques.

They all involve a method, a system or a technique, that has a stilling effect on the mind, body and emotions.

The most powerful meditation techniques are those that have the most stilling effect.

Why is this stilling effect important?

Because the stiller you become, the deeper you are able go into your meditation. Using advanced meditation techniques, your identity ceases to be attached to your mind, body or emotions, and yet you are fully present, fully aware. You realise that you exist independantly of your mind, body and emotions. You also have profound realisations about the nature of your real identity.

There are probably hundreds of meditation techniques. They involve slowing your body, stilling your mind and stilling your emotions. The ability of each meditation technique to do this, varies a great deal. Pick up any good meditation book and it will show you how to breath meditate, it will show you how to relax and quieten your mind. In fact, you can watch my free Meditation Class video and I will show you how to successfully perform several basic meditation techniques.

However, I am only aware of one meditation techniques, that will allow you to have the deepest realisations. I also teach these techniques. Details of these techniques can be found at the top of this page.
