Why Meditate?

Why bother to meditate....?
When you live such a busy life, your bills need to be paid, your body is beginning to fall apart, your family is never satisfied, your boss, (if you are lucky enough to still have one), wants more and more for less and less, your mind isn't what it was and cant remember stuff any more, and your love life, well, maybe thats enough about that.

With all this stuff going on, why bother adding to your burdens by starting to meditate? After all, I bet you haven't enough time as it is, right?

Well, I can't change the world. And I guess that you can't either.
But I do know that if you meditate on a regular basis, it will change your perception of the world. You will start to live in a different world. A world that you can perceive more clearly, as a direct result of you meditating on a daily basis. That is one good reason why you could meditate.

Several other good reasons why you could meditate are the physical, mental and emotional benefits that you will experience. Meditators tend to experience more available energy, more passion, more enthusiasm. Their immune systems tend to function better, and overall, they tend to be more content as people.

But, from my experience, by far the greatest reason why you should meditate, is this. Through meditation you can discover the answers to the deepest mysteries of life. I am not referring to the uncertainty of beliefs, I am referring to you directly discovering and experiencing for yourself - within yourself - profound and undeniable truths, about the nature of who, and what, you really are.

I would recommend that you begin with the free meditation video. Then ask yourself, honestly, are you starting to discover more about yourself? Are you beginning to experience more calm in your life? Are beginning to see aspects of your life in a different light? If so, then you know why you need to meditate. Then would consider moving on to the advanced meditation techniques.

Meditation takes nothing away from your life, it simply adds to it. It shows you what is already there, waiting to be discovered.
